We've used Blue as our realtor on three different transactions, and have had nothing but good experiences. Blue is a true professional, and you'll never meet a more genuinely nice person. We were looking for our retirement home and were being highly selective in what we wanted. She was VERY patient with us, and always had a positive outlook. Blue helped me sell my home more quickly than I ever imagined. It was listed late on a Friday afternoon. By Sunday morning, I had not one, but two offers for my house. There was a glitch, as the roof needed replacing (according to the inspector), but Blue explained the process to me along the way (very well), was SO patient with all of my questions (some a little repetitive), went out of her way to help me with certain things that I didn't know how to do myself - or wasn't able to do myself (even after the closing!) We closed just a few weeks later at the asking price. Blue kept my preferences in the foreground, explained to me every option possible, depending on the situation, and shared her completely honest opinions when I asked for them. She works well with anyone, is one of the kindest, most dedicated, and humblest people I know.....a very pleasant experience! I am using her to help me find my next house - absolutely!
