I just don’t get why we can’t shop in there on our own they don’t provide us with anything productive they don’t give us milk eggs or any meats it’s actually disappointing that they say they wanna help feed us but give us useless food it’s very sad and I hope that they advance

There are no words for me to describe all the wonderful people here. We started by establishing a PCP and She and her PA were very thorough taking time to get to know the patient. We have seen pharmacy counseling for diabetics and they monitor how the meds are working for you. Sherry and her assistant in wound care (3 times a week, and the communication from wound care to doctors as well as instructions on what they are doing and why, and finally what to do at home to care for it is Above anything I have seen. The front desk and checkout are also extremely helpful getting paperwork taken care of and they are always smiling keeping our moral up. I could go on but I just wanted people to know, you are in good hands if you are accepted to the clinic.

Too many stipulations to be eligible .
Ppl are desperate to have their rent paid and some of us wait for hours so that we can be screened just to be turned away at the slightest. Out of all the ppl that needed help I think they only helped like 3-4 ppl. They will turn you away for any little thing so just be prepared. I really did need help but I was too turned away.

No absolutely they don't help you with rent, especially if you don't have any money coming in! Literally nothing!! I've been without a job for over 3 months due to my new disability that I'm still trying to get approved for, and I'm needing assistance and am about to be evicted and for 3 months straight I've been told No because I have no other form of income to show that I can pay whatever amount left that they can't help with! I don't have a job, I've been doordashing and uber just to have enough money for food and gas while looking for work!! My manager just wants SOMETHING on the rent to see it's being paid... Perfect rental history for 11 yrs is why they've worked with me this long, but to constantly be told NO at your lowest point is the worst feeling in the world!!! Then when calling other places to get assistance, only to be referred right back to this place, that's one of the reasons why people give up!! Everything they tell you to do to get help I've done, at what point do you finally get a yes!!!

they used to be nice and helpful and I had rated them 5 stars a year ago but I’m changing it now because they’re kind of rude. They seem very irritable. I asked for toiletries which they declined because I had gotten them once months ago. Also I told the lady I don’t plan on returning for a while (which I meant as a good thing, like I’m getting on my feet, they only let you come a few times a year anyway) and she was offended and said “why?” with an attitude like she was about to turn me away. I explained to her because I got approved for snap and waiting on my card. Then when I got food, I noticed everyone got milk, but me, with 3 kids ages 4,3 and one, didn’t get even a half gallon of milk.

Go up
