I went by myself to see Craig shoemaker. It was kind of a last minute thing but. I met some nice people that I got to sit with. I had this sliders and a Moscow mule.
When I get home of course Craig was fantastic. And I have a lovely time.

I was initially hesitant to visit this venue, but after seeing countless ads on social media, I decided to give it a shot and purchased tickets. The promotional material suggested a BOGO deal, but once I got my tickets, I had doubts. I asked my sister to confirm that we indeed had two tickets, and she agreed. Just to be sure, I double-checked the final confirmation, which still indicated it was for one entry.
When we arrived at the venue, it was uncomfortably cold. We arrived early and were greeted with the disappointing news that, despite our belief we had two tickets, the system only recognized one. I approached the will-call desk for assistance, but unfortunately, the staff member I dealt with was unhelpful and a bit rude. She claimed that the BOGO tickets had sold out and tossed in a rather snarky remark about the price of comedy show tickets. It felt dismissive, especially since I believed the venue’s pricing strategy would allow for a more budget-friendly experience, particularly with a two-item minimum.
To add to the frustration, we were hungry and planned to eat at the venue, but the food was a letdown. The sliders were on stale brioche buns, and the nachos tasted like something you’d get from a gas station—definitely not worth the price.
The combination of ticket troubles and disappointing food really put a damper on the experience, which was unfortunate because the comedian, Ashley Gavin was fantastic the show was hilarious, and our server was excellent.
Overall, while the comedian delivered an outstanding performance, the venue itself left much to be desired. If you decide to go, just be prepared for some potential hiccups in ticketing and food quality.

We visited the Irvine Improv on a weekday.

The show started at 8, but we got there around 7:30 and the place was about 75% full. Although our seats were towards the back, we sat in the front of the row of tables and still had a good view.

You can order food and beverages from a menu accessible via a QR code found on each table or you can wait for a server to take your order.

An opening act did about a 30-minute set before the headliner performed. Both were great.

Servers don't enforce the two drinks minimum, but either way, be sure to leave a decent tip. They really hustled out there.

We have seen many comics at the improv and recently ring side seats to wrestling. We always get great seats and there is plenty of room between the rows. We are on email list and receive notifications with who is going to be there and specials. Highly recommend!

This restaurant supplies burger and different fries. The environment is quiet. Regarding to food, burgers are fine. But fries are the best than any other place that I have visited. Besides, the music is good.

Jason Cheny was hilarious! The bar food at Irvine Improv was also great. Surprisingly, I liked it better than the appetizers we ordered at Javier’s after the show. Although the guayaba cheesecake at Javier’s deserve five stars!

I've gone a few times with my boyfriend for the wrestling shows and it's really nice. The service is amazing and the waiters/ waitresses are so sweet! Leo always welcomes us at the door and my boyfriend swears he's known him forever because it's so easy to talk to him. He has a nice vibe 10/10. Also, the restrooms are clean 10/10. Oh another thing, the set up for the wrestling shows is nicely organized and I'm glad it's not cramped.

Purchased GA booth which came with a food credit. Entrance to the venue was easy and organized. Ordering food and beverage was also fairly easy as every table has a QR code that opens a tab specifically for your table. All the servers would friendly and moving were moving very quickly. Food and beverages come from Umami which is right next door. Considering how many people are ordering at the same time I was honestly surprised how quickly everything was coming out of the kitchen. We got the nachos with guacamole, warm pretzels with honey mustard, and the cinnamon powdered donuts; all were very good.
