Very informative and nice ambience. The staff there are quite friendly and answers to all your questions. It was a nice experience to watch the artisans working also the what hunting exhibits. Loved it! And recommend to anyone who is interested in Inuit culture and lifestyle.

Small but very well done. The whale history room has a closed door as temp controlled. Don't miss it as I almost did by not knowing too walk in. Open in summer in weekends which is not stated in website

Terrific experience- great for kids and adults alike. Very educational, but the staff made our day. Lady at the front desk was great with the kids and the older gentleman in the “map room” was full of knowledge. Don’t miss this if you’re in Utqiagvik!
