It is a probation and sobriety monitoring place so nobody really "likes" it but as far as the people and service it is better than a lot of other similar type places I've had the misfortune of having to deal with.

This place is never staffed or closes at 430 for UAs. Contracted thru many state court and probation departments. They could care less about providing a service that some have to use but gladly take tax payer (vouchers) and customers money, exact change only. To act like having a job there is some kind of burden on them. This is our judicial system and there sincere concern to rehabilitate or help those who have found themselves in some legal situation. For those who really need this they aren't there for others who fell victim to the corruption in our legal system they aren't there.

I had heard negative things about Intervention, but was recently mandated to go there and it was worse than I had heard. I had been testing at another place that was fantastic, in comparison, this place is a dirty circus. They treat clients like criminals, I observed several gentlemen clients being treated poorly. The people who answer the phone lack common courtesy and professionalism. The "Probation officers” are rude and full of themselves. They lack general interpersonal skills. The paperwork is repetitive and impersonal. Only go there if you have to, there are other much better places in Longmont to test. It's a shame Boulder County has not intervened and cleaned this up seeming they have a contract with them. Read the reviews, this is frightening that people's lively hoods rely on these armatures.

While I was not going here for my probation meetings, I did go here to complete UAs on a weekly basis. I don't know what all the bad reviews are about. The staff was always friendly with me and got me in and out in a timely manner. I never had any problems with any of them. Their hours were kinda weird to figure out at first, but overall I didn't mind going here to do my court required UAs. There's definitely worse places out there!

The staff are extremely rude and disrespectful. The place is filthy and smells bad. After being fed up with the bad customer service there, I took my daughter to UABACO on Ken Pratt and had a much better experience. The staff were pleasant and the place was very clean. They make the process much easier and bearable.

This place is corrupt. They give the pretense that they exist to help but actually make it harder to do that. They want your money, not to help you. This is what they have on their website:

OUR VALUES
Respect Honesty and Integrity Professionalism Compassion and Empathy Accountability and Responsibility

Not just words. This is who and what we are. This is how we treat our clients and our employees.

WHAT A JOKE!!!! If you go here expect the opposite. They treat you like dirt and could care less about you. And no one cares so it's not going to change.

Was somewhat confused at first, but not sure I can place the blame with Intervention. They had me fill out a fair bit of paperwork with nowhere to sit. Was hard fumbling with the clipboard, pen, my wallet, and phone (for information to fill out the forms). The receptionist was very nice though. All in all, not a horrible experience considering why I'm there.
