It does not cooperate properly, and unfortunately, the Afghan employees create discrimination, I have been there 5 times in the 2 months, and they did not cooperate.

Oc had one of the worst experiences here. I was there for filling my tax and preferred to be working with the assigned person for me from the beginning. And he was helping my brother , but their supervisor came Hayder Almudaress and insisted to assign me to someone else. The odd part is that he started talking with me in Arabic instead of English “ saying is that person your relative!!!” I’ve been here for 10+ years I was volunteer at IRS for many years and never seen any stuff member talking with clines the way he was talking with me. He shouldn’t speak with me in Arabic , when I never used any Arabic word with him although I can speak Arabic fluently. Since he is a supervisor his position requires him to speak English in public unless the client request an interpreter and he can offer his language knowledge. I asked home for his supervisor name, but since I didn’t have enough time to wast staying there since I’m in SD for 2 days only, I wanted to call later to talk with his supervisor.
After words when I called the fron desk asking them to transfer my call to his supervisor they said ok and linked me to a totally different person!!!!
The answer machine said you have reached the voicemail of Hisham !!!!! Is this the standard of IRC now I used to be proud for the service and volunteer work I did in the past for IRC and with the grate reputation And service IRC provides for its clients. Now I will think before advising someone to use ther service including myself

Bad service.
It looks like you are in Iraq when you are in IRC office.
Keep away 1000 miles from this organization.

When you meet Ryan Kaskos & Dhahir those two middle eastern people even if u have a master degree they will offer you a job for example (dish washer) or laundry in hotel all they want is to hire you and to increase their points at #IRC
