They have been great help to me in the past. Everyone I dealt with there was kind and amazing.
For assistance there is a frustrating process. I was seeking help with my water bill as with economy and being laid off I fell behind and now it's been shut off.You have to jump on there web site between 8:45 am-9am go to get help, there is usually some kind of message about help availability. Click utility assistance and hope you get a ticket to put in to get an email with application to fill out. If it doesn't appear you can refresh and click utility assistance...rinse and repeat until. 9am you might get lucky...but you still have to hope to get an email with the application it is not guaranteed after going through all that you will receive an email.
Three times this week I got the ticket to submit but never received email.
Hence my frustration and question why. Still no water...this sucks as a single dad. And to why only 3 stars and that's because they helped me before and do other great things for Tucson.
Good luck.

In the months that I have needed help I've called exactly 9:00 a.m. even before 9:00 a.m. I'm calling and calling as soon as I call they're already taken The voicemail says it's full for the day I've tried to get an email to be able to sign up for it and when I go to do the email online registration there's never any registration there it says it's full even on the first day of the month or when I put my information in I never get a an email back it is so frustrating that for it's not just one time this happened this happened several times I've needed the help I cannot get through I can call your phone line for half an hour and I still won't get through. Today I did call and it was ringing and somebody hung up on me so I don't understand how you have people if you never answer your phone. Please make it make sense to me

I am extremely grateful for Interfaith community services. I had a mechanical error happen with my refrigerator. I lost hundreds of dollars in food in a matter of hours. I didn't know what to do, so I ended up turning to my local food bank which happens to be Interfaith community services. They were extremely understanding about my situation and assisted me in getting a food box for my house to help with the loss of food that I had. They are wonderful, and very understanding. Thank you to everybody who assisted me in a time of need I didn't know I would have had.

Drive thru is easy and convenient. Everyone is wonderful there. I wish we could see what they are giving us. We do get way too much HARD breads, and I don't know what to do with it. I can't eat bread, and my kids won't eat it if it's hard. Overall, they are an awesome help to us.

My family &I live in our car. We checked with the office who told us at 1pm to come back it's find we're good to go.

When I show up to get food. They seem to make a big deal out of being out of state, not having a address, living in our car, it was as if they had to point out anything they could NOT to help us.

When trying to fill out the paperwork they would walk up to my car every 3 to 5 minutes asking are you done yet. Likeof I was done you'd know. Because I would have turned the paperwork in.

After getting upset and stressed out worrying about if my 4 kids would eat. I tell them I'm leaving a review about them. Now they stop with the drama & gave us food.

Remember I said we live in our cars. So why did they give us food that had to be cooked and put in a fridge So we are going to try to get ice and try to get a grill I guess. Thank you all for the little you did give us. My family nor I will ever be back here. Seeing how it's a big deal that we are homeless and live in our car & don't have a address.

They tell you to call at 9am for rental assistance. At 8:59 they say they're closed, and at 9:00 on the dot a recording says they are already full for the day. Then the recording says to stay online to talk to someone and promptly hangs up on you. There has to be a problem here. You guys can't book five people in ten seconds. I literally dialed when the clock struck 9 and TEN seconds later they somehow already had five conversations. Your chances of getting any help here is like winning the lottery.

Tried to set up an appointment to do a phone interview with ics, for a housing list. And I hung up with them since Maureen was very rude to me, we had an appointment set up on Monday at 8am. Which I never received a phone call from her. But she insisted that she called me twice that day, but i never received those phone calls. It's people like her, that make people like me, not want to reach out for help. They get one star because I had to give at least one, so I could leave a review.
