These people have been a great asset for my son. I have helped with getting him started on his GED. They come out for visits to check up on him. And soon we'll be starting counseling. Go so far the people we have dealt with have been great and helpful.

I was a client here for years. Never had any problems or anything but positive things to say. I simply asked one day to see if it was possible to see a doctor in person and not over a computer screen. Now mind you I would have been fine with a simple no, but instead they kicked me out of their practice without any referral for new services.

I have waited months to have my daughter's seen. Some one finally got hold of me in April to get this set up. I waited because the were backed up due to someone leaving. I have been understanding and patience. Contacted my case worker today only to find out they were apparently trying to reach me and leave messages and emails with no response. That's not true I have received one email for them since then for the girls group. Which one of my kids does qualify for do to gender questions. No I am high and dry with no one to see my daughter's. Thanks for the wait for nothing.

Integrated services have been awesome to me. They have went out of their way to accommodate me when I first started seeing them in 2017. I see Kim and she is absolutely awesome, very down to earth and understanding. If I could rate her alone, I’d give her 5 stars as well.
I’m a whole new person now compared to when I first started going to integrated. Thank you Integrated for everything you’ve done for me.

I was scheduled for my first appointment in May and my dr wanted to start me on a new medication for my diagnosis and so I signed a release of information form so my dr could start the process of a new medication and they STILL haven’t sent the forms back to my dr . I’m very frustrated. I’ve left voicemails and everything and still nothing idk what else to do. I’m very stressed. I understand that people are understaffed but I need to know what’s going on. thank you!

It's ok. But they don't spend much time with you and when you go there and no one will open the door it counted on you as a no show so I went to Ohio guidestone. They are great people and spend the time to listen to you.

Not quite as organized as you would expect and they appear to be slightly understaffed in the offices but this is made up for by the friendly and helpful staff who will treat you well at every turn. A good alternative to the more established organization in town who treat you like grist for the mill. More than one employee has gone over and above their job duties to make sure I had my needs fulfilled.
