After 1 session my “therapist” made a false CPS report on me. I have really bad anxiety especially when it comes to talking about myself and the things that are going on around me. I opened up to my therapist and she turns around and calls CPS on me without even hearing the full story! It was our very first time meeting, and she barely knew me! I am already going through a lot, and very depressed and I thought this would be the first step in becoming healthier. After this my depression has increased and I am at the point now where I feel hopeless and can’t trust anymore!

My daughter’s therapist is amazing! She has made such an impact in both our lives. It’s the first therapist of many that my daughter was able to connect with. Going to therapy used to be a chore and now it’s something she looks forward to. We are very blessed to have found her.

My child is a patient here and let me tell you this office and doctors are amazing. The doc takes time to check with me before my kiddos appointment. The office ladies had helped me in an emergency. The ladies were calm, fast and very attentive. Having a place where I can trust that my kid is being heard is such a blessing but finding a place with a good doc and hood office people well that just perfect. Thank you Innovative Alternative!

While I did have to wait a few minutes beyond my appointment time, I was pleasantly greeted and met with my therapist for a swift 60-minute in-take. The discussion was thorough, with numerous questions. My therapist was focused with no distractions. The white noise machine outside the office door meant our discussion was private, as it should be. I feel confident that I will be able to embark upon a process to deal with my concerns. I am already looking forward to subsequent sessions.

Amazing therapists, terrible front desk people. I’ve been hung up on, interrupted people every time I’ve called, and talked to like my phone call was an inconvenience. Only one time I got help was from Schelia Martinez. Any other time the lady acts like I’m dumb for making her do her job. The best therapists I’ve ever had though. My usual one moved and I needed in person sessions more than virtual, and they set me up with an amazing therapist who I know cares for me a lot. Super cheap with insurance also

This is the first time I have ever been to therapy and it has been a good experience so far. My therapist, Lucy, at Innovative Alternatives has been helping me for about 2 months now and I feel like I have made progress. Of course there is still things I need to work on but I highly recommend her! She makes me feel welcome and comfortable during session. Overall, Innovative Alternatives is a great office to visit, you just have to find who you are comfortable with.

This was an exceptionally positive experience and the service was excellent with outstanding professionalism. All my concerns were handled quickly and efficiently. Sharon Bayus with Innovative Alternative was obviously very experienced in handling difficult circumstances and very conflicted staff. She made me feel comfortable to be honest and open with our conversations, and I believe with the entire staff. With her excellent skills, we seem to have a very positive outcome, and appreciate her going the extra mile in helping us heal our culture.
