Innovage has been terrible. My uncle is elderly and has major anxiety and panic that keeps him up pacing all night. The doctors refuse to prescribe the medication he has taken off and on for over 30 years that helps tremendously. Instead they gave him an antipsychotic that can have atrocious side effects. My uncle has been experiencing major symptoms of tardive dyskinesia which causes involuntary twitching and movements of the facial muscles caused my antipsychotic meds. It can become permanent if you keep taking the drug. He informed his doctor at innovage of this condition he is experiencing and other people are noticing over 4 months ago and they refuse to help him come off the medication. They disregard his symptoms and tell him to keep taking it or stop but offer no help in coming off it safely and prescribing a medication that works for him. On top of that, he can barely walk because his knee is completely shot and he needs cataracts surgery, he can barely see. These issues have not been addressed for over 5 months…I pray that whatever poor elderly person that goes to innovage has someone that advocates for them.

They are lucky to get a 1 star as 0 isn’t an option. This place is a joke. My mom fell at her assisted living & had to go here unfortunately. Did x-rays & I was informed she had pneumonia. Given treatments for pneumonia which my mom even said she wasn’t out of breath just a lot of pain. I took her to ER & told she has 5 broken ribs. I had trusted Innovage & their diagnosis, but never again. UPDATE: The Innovage team of at least 5 different specialists (not even a close description) see my mom every 6 months for a 3-4 hour appointment. They never reached out (primary doctor or any of the team) to give their condolences on my moms passing after 3 days. Hospice had to get the approval through Innovage, so they are aware of her situation. I guess I thought there might be a very small amount of caring, but I was once again wrong. Her doctor in the icu & ccu called me multiple times keeping me updated on her. Yet, Innovage criticized the amount of medication the ER gave my mom. I trust the ER over Innovage any day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND INNOVAGE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO LOVE FOR THAT FAMILY MEMBER!!

Do not recommend this place to anyone they are horrible at providing care for elderly people especially ones with dementia. They make them sicker with their unethical tactics. HORRIBLE NURSES as well. They don't care at all! This place needs to be investigated.

I HAVE BEEN WITH INNOVAGE FOR 5 YEARS NOW AND MY OVERALL HEALTH HAS IMPROVED 110% !!
WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE ALL INCLUSIVE THEY ARE , I HAVE NEVER PAID ONE PENNY FOR ANYTHING !!!
THEY PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION IF NEEDED AND DELIVER ALL MEDICATIONS TO MY HOME !!
I SWEAR I WOULDN’T BE HERE IF NOT FOR PACE/INNOVAGE !!
