I will sum this one star up from OUR experience.
Do your research on this camp, ask about incident rates, etc.
Our son (in a wheelchair) was injured while at camp knocking three of his front teeth out and he had a concussion, wheelchair incident.
After being ASKED several times to return and regain their trust, we did. Only for our son to have another incident (while attending camp) and having 5 stitches above his eye brow, another wheelchair incident. This was his LAST SESSION, oviously.
Then, WE recieve a letter that our son was being dismissed from this camp and could not attend again. Wait....what?! So, these incidences happened at camp and HE was getting cut loose from ever going to this camp?
Lastly, the director our son had when he started had left after 1st incident (he was an absolute amazing soul), then there was a female director and she left after the 2nd incident and then a new (current) director took over (after the 2nd incident) who had the audacity to dismiss our son from camp that knew nothing about our sons history and/or how long he's been attending- nothing?
All I can say is...wow, just wow.
Do better.

Awesome hiking trails with high altitude views! Seating available at lookout point!
Recommend attending around sunset!
The landscape was incredibly relaxing, definitely will be returning here!
Be cautious by pathway edges, steep slopes can become dangerous for anyone!

Nice hiking / skiing / snow shoe trails. Pretty view. A nice place to take the family. there is ample parking and the best thing is it is free. It is a nice place to hunt mushrooms. The hills will get your heart rate up. This has a year round trails. A great place to get in touch with nature and God. The bridges are very cool.

Great hiking trails, beautiful park. I wish the trails were better marked and a few more benches to rest on. This first time visitor got lost and had to carry her dog out. Will I go back? Absolutely!

This place is amazing! If you or someone you love has special needs whether they are physical or mental or both, this place is the place to go! They run all year round but some camp is the best! It is great if you have children or family that lives with you, it gives you a chance to have some time to yourself and it gives them opportunities to do some awesome things that they most likely don't get to do like fishing, swimming, and playing with other kids like them. The staff are great and I would highly recommend this place!

I have visited this park my whole life. It is an amazing place to walk the dog, go on ungroomed cross country ski trails, go snowshoeing, or just bring your loved ones a walk in the woods. There is usually not a lot of people around, so your walks are very quiet and you can listen to nature. I love aman park, it's a blessing to have, its especially beautiful in the early weeks of spring when tons of wildflowers bloom by the river.
