Nice apartments close to downtown Fruita. Across the street from the rec center and library. The staff here is awesome. Leslie, Shandy, Pat and Dave are very quick to handle any problems Love living here and have told friends to put in for an apartment.

This place would not be what it is if Ms. Leslie , Ms. Shandee and the Maintenance guys Pat and Logan wasn't here . They are all awesome people to be around and they all work so hard . They are all the reason this place is a really nice place to live and so glad I am here .Wouldn't want to live any other place .Thanks to you all
