I love this company and the heart behind it! The culture and people are great, you can voice your own thoughts and really be heard, I get to have a say so in my clients and make my own hours, there’s room for everyone at the table, I feel like I really make a difference in my clients lives and if you invest your time and energy in the company they will return the favor. I’m able to do so much more than I thought possible because the leadership team believes in me. The sky is the limit here!

This was our first experience with a provider from the Choices program.Had a great caregiver assigned to our family from the beginning. It was such a good match we were concerned it wouldn’t last. Our daughter was making obvious strides with her ADLs and community engagement. Unfortunately, our caregiver was let go last Friday after they worked her a full week for what seemed to be a very frivolous ego driven accusations. All we received was a voicemail saying they were going to refer our daughter to AP services, insinuating she was no longer appropriate for the services she had be getting and benefitting from. There were no care plan invitations or follow up calls. They will also probably be the first ones to contact you, so just be patient and interview at least several other options.

I.M.A.G has been a uplifting blessing within the community. They have many programs and ways to help people with disabilities flourish! Being able to be more independent, become social within the community. Even job skills and coaching!

I have to post how upset and disappointed I am with the lack of professionalism of this group. We had multiple times that they cancelled last minute or didn't show up at all! The last straw was cancelling services and not notifying our family! I would think twice before going with this agency.

The little miracles I've witnessed while being with this organization are hard to put into words. All you have to do is take that leap of faith and find out for yourself. IMAG is life changing for both the clients and the providers!

The service they provide is outstanding. They help people with all different kinds of barriers, that includes learning how to cook, help you get into collage, setting up your own business, making business Cards for your business, etc. Their are a lot of thing you can do with them. They goes above and beyond to help there clients. Skies the limit.
