The stated mission and programs are phenomenal. However, when we called to inquire about the senior services listed prominently on their website—activities, respite, transportation, social opportunities, home-made meals—none are actually being provided. This nonprofit does provide frozen lean cuisine meals, delivered, and at no charge for home bound elders. That is a true and needed blessing. Still, it would be wonderful if other activities and social opportunities such as those listed were provided as they are sorely needed by this rapidly aging population.

Such a wonderful organization! I am forever indebted to the staff and volunteers at IMPACT for helping me during an extremely difficult time in my life.

Whether it was food, information resources, or a friendly smile and a reassurance that I was going to be okay, IMPACT was there.

Thank you to each and every staff member, volunteer, and donor for making IMPACT possible. You make a difference each and every day in the lives of people just like me that at one point or another need a little help getting through a difficult time in their life.

This organization is excellent and provides many services for individuals and our community. It is places like this that really makes an impact on the lives that they reach. Plenty of nice people and they try very hard to make you feel comfortable. Unfortunately, due to lax on donations a family of 5 in a household gets very, very little nowadays. If you're a client there please don't depend heavily on what your going to receive there each month.

I live in Michigan and I just called to set up Meals on Wheels for my dad in Oro Valley. Michelle was great! She asked me a few questions to see if he qualified and now, he is going to have weekly meal delivery. He was so grateful when I told him about it. Thank you for taking care of my dad and allowing me to set this up for him over the phone. This takes a big weight off both our shoulders!
