Cal Blair, is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but he also has a unique ability to convey complex concepts in a way that is easily understandable. His passion for teaching is evident in every lecture.

What sets Cal Blair apart from other instructors is his dedication to his students and anyone that needs help. He goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone in the class is understanding the material and he is always willing to provide extra help or clarification when needed. He tutors on Sunday nights and offers additional classes.

Overall, I cannot recommend Cal Blair highly enough. His teaching style, expertise, and genuine care for his students make him an exceptional instructor. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn from him and look forward to next school year.

I am a first year, and as this year comes to an end, I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this program. I am older and wasn't sure about making a career change to try something new. My instructor Greg Thomas made the transition for me easier . He is very thorough in his instruction and makes sure you understand what is going on to the best of his knowledge. What I also appreciate is that if he doesn't have the answers, he will find them for you, being he is very resourceful. I'm looking forward to next year... IECRM is a great school for people looking forward to progressing their future in the electrical field. I'd like to nominate Sean Miller, he's a great instructor, even being his first year doing so. Very knowledgeable and if I have any questions at all he makes time for his students to help them out. He's a great guy and I'm hoping to have him again for my next year.

Micah Gilbert is my current instructor, and he is one of the best teachers I have had in my entire life. He is unwaveringly enthusiastic about teaching. It might be impossible to get him to stop talking about electrical, and I know my entire class appreciates that. If a student has a question about anything at all, whether related to the lesson or something from their job, he cares about making sure they understand it and is happy to explain it the whole way through. I haven't been in the industry long, but Micah has been one of the most encouraging electricians I've met. He is truly passionate about what he does, and it is impossible to not see that.

Great place to get your foot in the door for the electrical trade. I had great instructors 3 years running but Cal Blair was the best. He brought real world experience into the classroom, and made a point to make sure everyone was able to get on the same page.

I would like to thank IECRM for a wonderful four years. I had a genuine positive experience with many of the instructors within the school. The instructors were really helpful in understanding the material and didn't give us a hard time for not knowing much. I would like to thank my 4th year teacher Mike Lempka for being really energetic, making class really engaging and making the material easy to understand. I would like to thank two more instructors Jerry Barkeen and Chris Papp they really helped my 1st and 2nd year of schooling be a breeze for their extensive knowledge in the field.

I am a long time electrician but a first year student and I have to say Stevenson was amazing. It was an absolute pleasure to be on the receiving end of this mans knowledge. He truly wants to see you succeed and makes sure that you have the tools and knowledge to do so. I am far from a studious person and he made me excited to come to class. He took his expertise and experiences in the field and made them into a hook line and sinker learning experience.

I am finishing up my 2nd year and have been blessed with a wonderful Instructor in Tom Blevins. He is very knowledgeable in the curriculum and keeps thr classes very interesting. He is always in a good mood and more than willing to assist us in any way possible. He is concerned about us apprentices and wants us to become better electricians. His knowledge of the trade is an Inspiration for me to advance my own skills and become the best electrician I can be.
