HCPA is a wonderful Animal rescue! They take great care of their foster animals and it shows. They are a great asset to the community and we are lucky to have them.

I've tried many times over several months to get in touch with someone from Hunt County Pets Alive. We adopted a cat from PETCO in Greenville that came from HCPA. We cannot keep the cat. We were told at the time of adoption (because we specifically asked) that she got along fine with dogs, but that certainly is not the case here. The contract says that we have to return her to HCPA if things don't work out, but apparently they don't want her back...so why the statement in the contract? **UPDATE**She is back with her foster mom now, thanks, Linda!
