denied our application twice with no explanation? no emails back. confused. they were very nice at the facility and gave no adverse feedback. i would love to work with them but the lack of explanation and communication is not great.

Edit: Adding a star because they did email back after I left a review with a detailed explanation about why our application was denied. For the record, they are contacting the vet you select as your preferred vet, so make sure you choose the vet that the cat was vaccinated at. We were not informed that on the application so we put the vet that we choose to use. They never even asked if our cat was vaccinated. It seems as though they do not want to help find pets homes unless you nail it the first time or want to wait months on multiple attempts. We answered that we did not have a person that we could give the cat to if we were incapacitated, but we weren’t told that would be a defining factor in the application. I could have gotten confirmation on that from a family member prior to applying if that was laid out. Still pending an answer about whether you have to have paid your deposit for a pet at an apartment prior to applying (without knowing if you are able to get through all of the stipulations from the facility).

BiG Baby Bear was taken in very well received and he was done by afternoon and I got to pick him up, he was happy and groggy but healed before 2wks were up and he's doin great! Couldn't get any better abd price was spot on as opposed to 450.00 my vet wanted to charge

The facility appeared clean and animals were healthy looking, but we went in and looked at a couple cats that we were interested in. Our applications were denied and no reason was given. We own our home and have done everything correctly. They are clearly discriminating us for some reason. Do not use these people. Please adopt from Beaumont animal care or even petsmart.

We decided to have my daughter's 13th birthday at the Humane Society- Huge Success! We had everyone bring donations and got to love on so many dogs and cats! It was a blast! The staff is amazing!!!

I applied to adopt and was declined. I own a home, have yard, hold down a job… and I can’t adopt a cat?!! I own two! Healthy , loved fur babies! This is why they are over crowded. And no reason was given as to why I was denied?
