At first I really enjoyed the program, but now ive been fighting for a spot my daughter was PROMISED and GUARANTEED. At the end of this recent school year I was told she would be able to come back without a problem because she was returning as a student, TWO WEEKS before school starts they want to tell me she no longer qualifies, after they had said everything was ok and not to worry. WORST PART is I only found out because I was constantly calling for an update. They never called or emailed about the situation and now I have to look for a new school TWO weeks before school starts. I was a volunteer parent, I donated to the classroom, I was at every parent meeting I even got a certificate at the end of the year for being a volunteer , I did my part, and for them to say they can’t do anything about it is completely ridiculous and unfair. I was never told I had to resubmit paper work or I of course would have. I left SEVEN voicemails to get a call back only to tell me she was no longer a student there because spots had been filled. Very unprofessional.

Horrible horrible horrible! My experience was traumatic, and all I tried to do was sign up my daughter. I understand that appointments are better without the child around. But in my situation I have no where to leave my child to attend these appointments, so while we were waiting for the lady to prepare the paperwork for the registration, my daughter saw a room full of toys ( no kids anywhere in sight) the toys were off limits according to the lady. Keeping in mind that my appointment was only 45 mins, and toys for kids should never be off limits. They don’t understand that. So my appointment ended early and I had to take my daughter home screaming and crying because she couldn’t touch the toys that were clearly not being played with and off limits. So my plans of signing up my daughter to her first school program was shattered and full of tears, and it was even her first day yet. Thank you pasitos “west side” for making my decision to bring her here an easy one.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service (HSA, Pasitos West Side Center) Ive called many many times and left many many voice mails to different people to which I've never received a return call, I’ve even left messages with the receptionist to which I've been told my family advocate will return my call and still no returned call. This is absolutely unacceptable, with school starting soon I still dont know when and what time my son is supposed to start i ask the receptionist and she just says i need to speak with my family advocate. SMH!!
