Had our home and auto insurance serviced here by Peggy many years with no issues. Up until the past year. The office is closed randomly, the phone calls are never picked up or returned. Out of 7 times I called I received 1 call back when we were so fed up with the servicing that we chose to cancel our policies. Does not seem like servicing customer accounts and customer satisfaction is a priority. I understand that the insurance industry is highly backed up, but I don’t consider that an excuse for the service we received.

Horrible service, never picks up calls and when they do they are always in a bad mood. Why give out your phone number if you are not going to answer or be mad and doing everything in a bad mood.
