Lovely thrift store the staff at the front desk on Thursday morning was great!
I do think items are pricey but I am sure there is a market for those items and there are also some more affordable items.
I especially loved their bags and furniture collections.

(Review pertains only to donation desk in back of store). I made a large donation only to be met with annoyance and a nasty attitude by one person in particular. I was told that I should have notified them in advance. This was after I had mentioned a large donation in person on 3 separate occasions when I was in the store and only being told that weekdays were better and nothing about advance notice. It is absurd that I was actually apologizing for making a donation (with many high quality unworn items) after hiring movers to transport the donation. I am now sorry that I did not donate the items to a more worthy location.

selection is definitely hit and miss like any consignment store. you can find some awesome designer items for great prices if you're patient and sift through everything/come back periodically. for example, i got an 100% cashmere brooks brothers peacoat in near perfect condition for $125 but have also walked out of here empty-handed many times. don't expect thrift store prices, but items are generally in better condition than other thrift stores in the neighborhood

They had a nice selection of clothes. Their prices were a little high for a thrift shop but better quality than others. They had some really pretty formal dresses and I would definitely go there again if I needed a dress.

Out of all the Housing works we've been to, this one is the most mediocre. The Mens section was just a tiny wall with overpriced clothes. Women's were not that much better.

Sometimes you can find some really great quality furniture and housing decor here for good prices. The clothing seems to be geared towards older people. I found these Ikea bar stools for $30 each.

Not very considerate sales attendant and manager. I bought 4 jackets and found out that the sizes were too long for me. I asked the manager if I could exchange even just one so I could use it the following day because it’s my birthday and I have a dinner date with friends. I know it is their policy for no returns, but hey, I’m just ecxchanging it with a smaller size. I just need it badly for the following day. I was declined.
I’ve been buying merchandise from their stores at 77 st.(closed) and 23rd st and now at 90th st because I’m close by.
I even was able to return/cancel a sofa my wife bought because it wouldn’t fit in our apartment, at this same store, but can’t do it with a very small thing.
You rely on customers in order for your business to thrive. But it seems they don’t care about their customers. I wouldn’t be surprised if their store would close up also, with the attitude of the people they have in their store right now.

Not what I expected, it's definitely a thrift store with regular retail pricing. Don't believe I'll go back maybe I'll try another location with also better customer service. All employees were kinda group together talking.
