Inside is a small cafeteria named Hope Blooms. Serves fresh coffee & juice, paninis, soup, salads... Small menu, big on flavor! Includes a cute gift shop, too.

Program is nice for those seeking or wanting to maintain independent living , the day center gives a chance to share friendship and recreation activities. Very nice resource to have and share. If you need more information on the pace program call Hope West they will provide you with the information and how to joint PACE , A home visit can be schedule to further provide you with info and questions you may have.

Just don’t do it. Unfortunately, there were lots of promises made, and the bare minimum care was given.
How disgustingly disappointing.
Shame on you!!
This is supposed to be extra special end of life care, no, that is definitely not what it was.
