I was at hopehouse for 7 years the whole time i was there i didnt feel accepted or liked by staff . When i expressed this i was threatened to be kicked out of the program numerous times . This year was the hardest in my life as i faced life threatning domestic violence. I had expressed needing help and wanting to utilize the counseling provided by hopehouse and was denied. I wanted to escape my home and be in a safe environment and was denied coming to hopehouse. Extenuating circumstances landed me in jail & when i was released i went to hopehouse for support as my life had just changed drastically - staff wouldnt let me in the building although other moms with serious charges are in and out of the building all day. I told Jenny G that i wanted to withdraw myself from the program and she insisted on talking to me the following day . The next day i went in and jenny kicked me out although i wanted to withdraw .

Another teen mom organization in Denver had witnessed said DV firsthand & staff members were very supportive and also answered my phone calls in jail . When i was released they were so understanding and once again welcomed me with open arms. I had asked hopehouse to help me locate my stolen vehicle - Jenny told me no, while Florence Crittenton helped me locate it the same week. Florence crittenton has continued to accept me and treat me like human no matter what my charges are & Florence Crittenton really is the organization that is NON biased & doesnt play favorites . I strongly reccomend donating your time to them ❤️

This place does wonderful work with teen moms and their children. Offering them a hand up - not a handout. The women are involved in getting their education: either a GED or higher education. Career counseling and life coaching is available to the women in a safe and compassionate environment.

An amazing organisation helping teen moms. If I could give 10 stars I would. The people who work here supporting these moms have the biggest hearts of anyone I've met. I was impressed and grateful for their service beyond measure.

The idea of this program is great for a teen mother in crisis. My granddaughter being encouraged and chosen to live here doesn't fit their agenda. She had a home life full of love and support but now been encouraged to quit her job, leave school 4 months short of graduating so she can go on welfare and get a GED, with the promise of receiving a car in 2 years. Taking her 2 year old away from her family and home. I'm sure there's another mother out there who truly needed this program and has now been cheated out of her opportunity.

Impossible to get in contact with anyone. Got pregnant at 15 and was better off fending for myself than trying to figure out how to get a hold of someone from this organization for help. Ran into a group activity they were having, tried to ask about the organization and was rudely told that they were having an event only for the mom's and that they couldn't talk then was ignored. Great idea though.

Excellent support system for young moms with material (clothing, supplies, diapers), educational and emotional support resources. Absolutely loved my tour of the gorgeous (and large!) facility with Emi. Thank you for all you do!
