I’ve been contracted with Hope group for a while now. My son and I have always had a great experience with the BCBAs and providers. I really appreciate their friendliness and communication. Our RBT is amazing, professional and respectful. Our BCBA has been great with providing my son with the best treatment plans and following up with our parent training. Her supervision and parent training is very helpful and I’ve learned so much through her.

Stacy Smith has also been an awesome person to work with. I initially spoke with her when getting my son started with services and made sure I had a clear understanding of everything. The process was smooth and easy and questions/concerns are always addressed in a timely manner.

Tisha is another individual I’ve had the pleasure to meet with during the process of getting my son started and my son absolutely loved her! She’s very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. So happy I got to meet with her.

I’ve had a lot of communication with Shelby as well and she’s so on top of things, always making sure to help find the right fit for your child’s needs. She’s very understanding, friendly and caring. She will definitely go above and beyond to make sure your family is getting taken care of.

In addition, prior to covid, I attended a few training classes. The instructor was fun and knowledgeable. Made the experience enjoyable and offered hands on activities.

Overall, my experience has been great. My son has been very happy with services, especially during covid. Their very careful and take many precautions to make sure everyone is staying safe and healthy.

I would highly recommend Hope group to friends and family.

I think this is such an amazing company. They truly value the families that they work with and strive to help them as much as possible. I have spoken with Tiffanee on multiple occasions and she was so helpful and professional. You can tell that she honestly cares and goes above and beyond to meet the needs of the families she assists. I would definitely recommend Hope Group to others.

We have been using Hope Group’s services for a couple years now. LaDonna, our case worker and now friend has gone great lengths to help our child with learning, tasks and just helping our child grow with and in society. This also helps because LaDonna has a child who also requires similar treatment. What an Angel! Thank you for all you do!

Do not use this agency if your looking to have an agency support you and your child, and have open communication. They will dismiss you from services without so much as a conversation with you. They are not interested in the well being of the client, only in their data.
