Barbara is a 50 something year old women who acts like a teenage bully thats the head of a clique. Michelle is the house manager and is extremely unprofessional and two faced she will smile in your face and write u up and get u kicked out so fast. They Don't care about women and children. They will write u up so u loose points and kick u out. My entire time here I was bullied by the staff. If u see a negative review believe it dont just think its a bitter ex resident. I thought that and had to learn the hard way the review was true. The pastor is also petty and not god focused gracious or kind. This shelter should be shut down for how they treat residents and exploit them for free labor. No one likes living there but they put up with it due to limited options.

They go above and beyond helping. Heather and Laura really make you feel at home. Facility is very very clean. Other than climbing a flight of stairs that go straight up I can't say anything bad about this place!!!!

This place ministers and loves on families that find themselves homeless. Families with children register down the street on Union, at the Raymus house, early Monday mornings, first come first serve when there are availabilities.

not a good place for fast service. they make you stagnate in the process of normal functioning by their time management rules. poor shelter for families, espcially a lot of ethic groups.

This place has a point system and if the participants points get too low they're told to leave even if they'll be homeless with a child. There isn't a manager in charge.
