Alot of parents allowing their child/children to be unmonitored without consulting the parents to confront the other parents... especially if the parent has an disability...
I witness several parent telling my child what to do without asking me. Whom i don't even know, let alone my child; but to mention the excuse they have children too doesn't excuse any parent to tell another child what to do. I value the parents staying their but they didn't come for us in this program.
12122024 All shifts from HOPE COOPERATIVE are not acquainted with all children during meals, so the child can go first or surpasses the adult in case of an shortage, or the parent can retrieve an meal for their child. Sometimes when the muster seed school pick up or drop off VAN ARRIVES , the security doesn't inform HOPE COOPERATIVE STAFF AND IM LEFT TO MANUALLY LOOK OUTSIDE. MUSTER SEED SCHOOL SOMET8MES DOESNT CALL TO INFORM PARENTS WHEN ARRIVING, STUCK IN TRAFFIC, OR ETC...

The person who ate the food was an new guest/resident who stated he didn't know the food had my name on the box. My Question is why didn't a staff member pointed out the personal belongings of residents to the gentlemen? They're should be an big sign stating residential personal Belonging station. Informing new guest goes an long way.
HOPE OPERATIVE 3615 No cameras of GUEST OR RESIDENT FOR PERSONAL BELONGING STORAGE.
● 1238 noon while coming from the gas station across the street, witness an disable woman who is deaf couldn't speak with small dog outside the middle of the road in traffic.  An truck with the sign pool company Toyota left his vehicle and asked the lady to get out of traffic.  She would t move and the male push the lady, while she pushed back and the white male with gray hair drew his weapon but not pointing to the lady.  The deaf lady was escorted by HOPE OPERATIVE PERSONNEL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE YELLOW MARGIN BEFORE ESCORTED TO THE SITE.  DONT KNOW IF THE MALE WAS AN UNDER COVER. TWO POLICE OFFICERS ARRIVED AT THE HOPE OPERATIVE SITE TO TAKE AN REPORT FROM THE DEAF WOMAN.

I would not recommend this place to someone in need of mental health. I feel very abused by this place. I was referred here by Heritage Oaks Hospital. I came in diagnosed with PTSD and MDD. My medication I was given at HOH was great for me, I had no issues. I used to see 2 different Doctors here at HOPE, It seemed to be they were just agreeing with each others notes and not listening to me and what I was feeling. One doctor immediately changed my medication and I said I didn’t want that, it seemed that he thought he knew better and was dead set on switching my medication to satisfy the fact that he felt he knew better. Only after reading the others notes, both doctors tried to tell me I have Bi-polar disorder which I have never been diagnosed with. I have been seeking mental health help for 10 years and I have never been diagnosed bi polar, never in 10 years. I come here and ask for medicine strictly for PTSD and they tell me NO and that I have Bi-Polar disorder... Neither of them ever really listened TO ME!! It’s obvious they do not care! Getting an appointment set is horrible, doctors only work 1 day a week, they are always booked and you have to wait up to a month or longer. They treated me with no real respect or regard. So they “claim and diagnose me as bi polar” but I have PTSD and Major Depressive Disorder. So, they put me on medication for people who have Schizophrenia and are Bi-Polar!!! This was ridiculous!! They put me on 6 different medications and they were all for conditions and diagnosis’s I never had… I was worse off, it was horrible, my mental state was horrendous and scary. I really fell into a horrible, dangerous, painful, psychotic and terrifying state… They are power hungry and it devastated my mental well being. If it is true and I’m bi polar which I know I am not, why would you put me on medication for Schizophrenia? It makes no sense. I will never go back here again. They give horrible advice, horrible diagnosis, and horrible prescriptions.

A complete and total shameless farce without any redeeming qualities, whatsoever. I feel sorry for anyone who has run out of other options, and must rely upon this organization for assistance, because most assuredly that person isn't going to receive anything remotely close to the professional help they are looking for. If someone is faced with the prospect of having to go to Hope Cooperative RST for assistance, they would probably be better off going to a public library and doing their own research on whatever it is that is bothering them. That is exactly how bad the services provided by this particular agency actually are.

I would rate my counselor 5. Check-in can be nerve-wracking because it takes so long and there are so many people. I think the counseling is excellent
