I did a review on the other name they go by but I left out something that seriously irked me. Most of the workers don’t wear gloves when they are serving your food. I don’t know if it’s a cultural thing or what. This one Mexican dude reached his hand in a bag of tortillas chips and put it on my plate. Nevermind the fact that he served the rest of the meal with his bare hands, but when he stuck his hand in that bag, I was too through. After he served my plate I immediately went to the microwave to try to nuke whatever might be lingering on the food. Today he had on gloves but the Mexican chick next to him wasn’t wearing any, like always. I decided to say something and she was like “here”, saying it with an attitude, as she proceeded to pick up two tortillas and put it on my plate. I told her nevermind. I’m now ordering food.

Please people if you have any say in it. Do not let anyone you know go to this facility. They do not help or aid in your recovery. All they do is ignore you. They are very rude and unprofessional including the ceo Alex Mitchell. They took an individual from their facility that lived in Bakersfield, California, and left them on skid road in Los Angeles because he didnt follow some of there rules. I Believe they did it to him to be vindictive isn't that professional.
Didn't know where he was didn't know where to go had no money Luckily the police helped him. They were able to contact us. I will be getting this facility in a lot of trouble with the medical board.

I was under the influence when I went here it was supposed to be recovering from having surgery like skilled nursing center but nope it was nothing like that

lugar muy malo segun bienes arecuperacion y te tratan muy mal pides algo a los enfermeros y nadie save nada y cuando los cuestionas solo te dicen lo sentimos esque estamos muy ocupados y no es cierto ocupados en que si en 15 dias que me tube que quedar ai el baño solo lo lavaron una ves sugun lo lavaron solo trapiandolo con fabuloso porque ni lo barrieron el lava manos ni una toalla limpia le pasaron y ademas abia una persona que nunca su bañaba y olia asqueroso y pormas que lespreguntamos que si podian hacer algo con el olor nada mas te decias voy a preguntar pero nunca hicieron nada donde podemos reportar este tipo de lugares que deberian de estar agradecidos que gracias a nosotros tienen un trabajo y que solo deberian de hacer su trabajo
