My family and I recently had the profound experience of interacting with the remarkable team at Hilltop Reserve, led by the compassionate Ann Laforte. When we began our journey, we were excited to bring Mom to her new home. She loved the facilities and the kindness everyone displayed.

Although our journey with Hilltop took an unexpected turn due to the passing of my Mom days before we could move her in, the support and empathy we received were nothing short of extraordinary.

From the moment we stepped through the doors of Hilltop Reserve, Ann went above and beyond to extend unwavering support.

Ann's leadership is evident in the culture of empathy that permeates throughout Hilltop Reserve. Her warmth and understanding during a time of grief meant the world to us.

While Mom couldn't become a part of the Hilltop community, the lasting impression of the comfort and support provided will forever be etched in our hearts. To anyone considering senior living options, I wholeheartedly recommend Hilltop Reserve, not just for its beautiful facilities but, more importantly, for the compassionate and understanding individuals who make up the heart and soul of this community.

My sister has been living there for 7 months in the Memory Care. Although it is a beautiful facility, her care has been below adequate. The nursing staff has no idea what is going on and they always point to someone else to answer any questions. With two exceptions, all staff members are not responsive to any requests.

Hilltop Reserve Senior Living community is the best example I’ve ever found for a senior community. The staff is so very accommodating to the residents needs and they are all so kind. The property is so well maintained and beautiful. You can feel how much the residents love bringing their guests to experience their home. I visited so that we can start planning for future needs for parents and was completely impressed by the facility and staff. Everyone was friendly and genuinely happy to be there. The amenities are more than I expected and I have confidence in the care our loved ones would receive. I had a little sticker shock but when you really add up everything that's included, it became the obvious choice and not so price shocking after all.

Extraordinary community! Local owners are on-site frequently, the staff are engaging, dedicated, compassionate and provide the highest quality care. The buzz in the community is awesome with a ton of activities and social programs . And a pool! The food and dining is 5 star as well. Highly recommend Hilltop!

Looking for a good Memory Care facility? You must check out Hilltop: a cheerful, bright place; a caring staff; 1-bedroom units available (that's uncommon!) and very responsive, highly professional administrative staff that ensures the place is well run.

Ashley in Monarch House is so great with my mom. She goes above and beyond to make her comfortable, and always has information ready for us. We are lucky to have her.

Z always has a smile and is aware of how my mom is doing at that moment.

Meeshi is AMAZING - we are so lucky to have his dedication and talent in Monarch House! All of the events we attend are fabulous, and the daily events he does with residents are numerous and interesting. Kudos to him.

Mel helped us with a birthday party for our dad held at Hilltop - that was so special and she and the kitchen staff did an amazing job.

Essayas is always kind, has great ideas, and cares about the residents. He was able to identify a health issue and help us get mom the assistance she needed.

I can't find enough words to express the gratitude and appreciation for the staff at Hilltop Reserve. We were very hesitant to move our mom from one memory care to a new one, but knew she was not getting the level of care and attention she needed and we were paying for. Hilltop has gone above and beyond our expectations. After deciding to make the move, we met with Andrew & Rhenne, the director, to finalize the plans. Karla, the move in coordinator, made the move a smooth one & Wayne the maintenance man followed our instructions on hanging the TV & pics on the walls perfectly and in time to bring mom over. Wayne is very prompt at taking care of any maintenance issues that pop up. Tina, Sheila & Asha are always greeting us with friendly smiling faces when we arrive & then we leave they ask if we had a good visit, then wish us a good rest of our day. Zee, Misrat, Ashley, Star, Mariel, Evangeline, Mimi, Jessica, & Natalie all work together to take care of our mom's needs. They all work great as a team following the Care Plan we put in place for mom, while maintaining the needs of other resident's, as well. They all work great at getting to know the routines and each individual residents wants and needs. There is so much compassion, you can just tell they heart for & work well as a team to provide care & love for each resident. I've never heard any of the team member's complain or say anything bad about anyone in Monarch House. Miguel, Jacque and Alejandra work well together to provide any medical, Care Plan changes and are quick to inform us of any problems, as they arise. Meeshi, the activities director & is fabulous! Meeshi & his ukulele has a way of bringing life into Monarch House & including each resident into fun & musical activities that resident's had forgotten they could do. Meeshi has not just created a family atmosphere with resident's, but also us as family members, I like his saying "it takes a village". However, all this would not be possible without the help and support all the staff and from Rhenne, as the director. We've watched him fill in when Happy Hour entertainer's had to cancel at the last minute. He comes on Monday's with his guitar to play & do sing-a-longs in Monarch House. He's an actively involved director, not just someone sitting behind a desk. We are so thankful for everyone on the team! We are all family & in this together, so we may as well have fun! The most important thing is mom is well cared for, loved by the team and feels included with all her newest family & friends, who also, include us as daughter's.
