The customer service at this Highway 63 Water company has always been wonderful we have been with them for over 45 years. The ladies are always so personal and helpful. If they can help you with a meter reading fee they will. I thought it was nice of them this month to allow you call in your meter reading after 20th due to the bad weather. Customer service and kindness matters always. Thank you ladies!

Terrible customer service, they barely answer the phone and if they do they dont even want to help. Terrible system of taking meter reads and automatic payments. Only good thing is the price isn't bad but since there system is flawed and the payment system is messed up I almost always get charged the fees on top of the monthly’s. It’s 2024, you guys need to get your program together and up to date to today’s world. Also hire people that want to be there and at least try to be understanding and help others.

Phone line is always not working properly when you are trying to call in your meter readings. I don’t think they should charge people if they machine isn’t working properly.

Tried calling to check on my bill and no one would answer phone nor call back. Paid reconnect fee online but could never get anyone to answer the phone to tell them. Glad I never have to deal with then again!!

I'd I could leave the stars blank, I would because this association is horrible! They allow non-paying customers to steal from paying customers because of who knows who! If you can avoid this place!!!! DO IT

Hwy 63 Water pulls your membership at their own will. For Non-payment of Renters.
