Good luck getting a credit back when you have a leak. They never call you back, you constantly have to call them to get answers to your questions. Not like any water company I've ever worked with when it comes to water leaks. They also have no way of notifying you of a leak until your monthly reading, their meters aren't digital so they don't tell you the leak is happening until possibly a month later. Your bill needs to be 5 times the 6 month average to qualify for any kind of credit. Also, be aware they do not pay for irrigation leaks, period. If your toilet did leak you get nothing unless its a significant leak, those gallons are also still paid for but at a "reduced rate" (not the usual credit back to the average water bill). This is just the billing.

The water also tastes awful and often has an odor. I can't tell you how many times our water pressure has been low or no water at all in the last year I've lived at this house. As well as the occasional boil notices. More issues in this 1 year than over multiple years with other water companies.

I have learned my lesson. Look up the ratings and the rates of the utility providers before choosing your house. Never had to do this before and it turned out well. Learn from me, this should be part of your house buying research. It's not a problem until it is.

Not transparent about hidden costs. Have to pay for an annual inspection for irrigation backflow that costs an additional $50- $60 a year outside of monthly payment. They do not disclose this except within their super long multipage service agreement. Even if you don’t use your irrigation.

Horrible company. They text you about doing a backflow report, in 4 days they’ve already added a penalty to your bill. What happened to giving someone time. Does it hurt to notify early

The worst. No transparency in pricing. Water bills are extremely high even though when you are away from home for 25 days out of month. It's ridiculous. If I had known about them I wouldn't have bought my home here. Potential buyers, do your research.

I'm not at all happy with this company. I was asking as a human being to have potable water something I was suffering with for years. I still can not drink out of my faucet and I told them the water hose from 1985 tastes better than my water at home. The lady completely unleashed anger into me when. I told her I was struggling with the exhorbant bill. It costs nothing to be kind to someone....

We definitely need to do an investigation this company. Watering less but bill is increasing! The base rates is extremely high. If I had known I probably wouldn’t have bought my house here. Now I know next time when I buy a house

I love the customer service here! The ladies are helpful when figuring out why water bills are so high and gave a great recommendation for watering my yard. The only thing was I wish I knew was how much the deposit would be when starting service, that was a bit of a shocker, but not the fault of the ladies there.
