It was a lovely day today UNTIL I saw the signs attacking dog owners for not holding our dogs tight on a leash.

Have you ever walked the canal with a horde of bicyclist coming at you from the rear? I doubt it!
NO COMMENT!
NO BELL!
NO ANYTHING to say they are coming!

The canal backs Windsor Gardens. There are many of us who are older , responsible dog owners who DO NOT like being attacked by bicyclists.

IF you are going to admonish dog owners, best make it equal and admonish the bicyclist who think they own the path and are absolutely mannerless!
