We went to High Desert Outreach Center on Montezuma FOR HOT MEALS FOOD DISTRIBUTION. We get there at 10-13am. The guy at the gate told us they ran out of food. How can they ran out of food in 13 minutes. When the hot meals program start at 10am. They cheat, steal the money from the people. When they told the city they have for example 1,000 people on their roster for food. But they distributed 400 people just a figure speaking number. All the non profit organizations. All the Food Banks Free Food Distribution. They got pay from the City of Adelanto thru the fund called "Community Development Bold Grant (CDBG). They are just like any regular business. They get paid from the City & get sponsors, partners, donations from supermarkets, farms, food distributors, restaurants, manufacturers, hospitals.....etc..... donated all the Foods & stuffs like hygiene stuffs, households stuffs. These sponsors or partners, donators got tax breaks for donation to the charities, to the non-profit organizations. Anyway High Desert Outreach Center on 17537 Montezuma St Adelanto, CA 92301 keep the money for themselves more than give it back to the community. They got paid from the City of Adelanto. Then the City got paid from Federal. The Federal got paid from the tax payers. Who are us. Me, you, all people. I'm trying to say that not all the non- profit organizations are honest. They took the money from the City Government, the sponsors, partners & donators. Keep it for themselves first. Then give it back just a little to the community (TO US). I HOPE THE GOVERNMENT, SPONSORS, PARTNERS & DONATORS SHOULD DO SPOT CHECK, PERIODIC CHECK ON THESE NON- PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.
