If you think that the staff could be a little more friendly to customers maybe you should look at your self first .
Charlene donates all of her time to the dogs & cats in this town .we wouldn't have the store to shop in if Charlene would not of been around .
She can only do so much .
I don't see any of you that are complaining or talking bad about her volunteering your precious time .
And if you don't have something nice to say about a person who gives every day to the pets and others . Than don't say anything .
The Internet isn't the place to bash any of globes hard working community.

There's only so many clothes they consider a bag before they put the rest in the same bag and charge $11/bag not $5 with $1 tax

Think they would be nice to people who bring donations. Was told to go to 3 different places. Then the lady at the front at the final location doesn't even say hi and just rolls her eyes at me and says not here. At least she led me around but didn't let me go without some sarcastic thank you. I'm sure the society as a whole does good work but it rubbed me completely the wrong way. Have some tact.

Very overpriced and little to choose from unless you're looking for dog & cat collars. I'll buy new and donate to the humane society separately, plus I can only recall 1 time in the 4 years I've been in Globe of any staff member being friendly, or welcoming and I'm pretty sure the ladies were volunteers.

They take wonderful care of the dogs and the cat house!!!!! It’s good to have a no-kill shelter. We have saved 3 wonderful dogs from here!!!!! Great staff taking care of the dogs & cats!!!!! Love this place!!!!!

When me and my family found a kitten abandoned by its feral mother in a box on our driveway we didn't know what to do. Luckily, we took to the humane society who agreed to raise it until it was eight weeks old. We plan on adopting it when it's eight weeks old, but so far the humane society has done a good job keeping the kitten alive and healthy.

They have a fabulous store selling vintage/previously owned clothing, jewelry & misc household items. Can find some real treasures. And maybe take a furry friend home too.
