this is the second time I have been turned away from delivering a package. It’s incredibly frustrating. There should be some sort of resolution if someone is not on the list considering it’s a package that the customer you are so called trying to keep safe, paid for. Like a mailroom or a package bin. I’m sure your homeowners are equally as annoyed when their package they paid for are having to be returned. Also trying to keep customers safe when I have the app with their address and full name, makes no sense to not allow to deliver.
