My aunt lived in their dementia unit for several months before her passing, and my whole family was greatly impressed with the staff's compassion and care the entire time she lived there. The owners definitely go out of their way to get to know the residents. They do not treat this as a money-making opportunity, but rather as a way to improve the lives of our elderly friends and family. We would recommend Hidden Springs to anyone.

Ex- chef, little hindsight on day to day operations. Food when I took over, all food was prepackaged - heat and serve or frozen vegetables anything that can be heated and served. The amount these residents pay to live there and the fact they advertise farm to table was very concerning. The owner (Sean) tells you what you want to hear or promises you something to keep you quiet until you call them out on outright lying to your face and then they find some reason to let you go. As for the caregivers to the residents most of them don’t care about your parents as it is just a pay check to them they couldn’t care less about them. There are a few that were compassionate and caring but most are not. Night time there is no senior manager on duty at all the place is being operated by 20-24 year olds with no experience in handling certain situations. The “Executive Director” coming to work in ripped jeans and a Nirvana T-Shirt is very professional. As for now I would highly advise on staying away from the place. They are in the works of building a new 40+ resident building in the back but if current management are still in place I am very sorry for the current and potential residents coming to live at hidden springs. I am far from disgruntled for being fired I just want people to understand what is going on there. I’ve been in medical side of food and beverage for over 6 years and 18 years in the food industry and this is by far the worst run operation I have ever had the pleasure of working at. Best of luck if you do decide to put your beloved parents at this location but be prepared for some headaches.
