When I was in Seguin TX I was working the same amount of hours making 10.50 and I'm homeless and was given 295 for emergency food stamps. I go and do a renewal keep in mind I'm making less then what I was making in Seguin and I'm still homeless and I was told I'm only going to get 23 goddamn dollars. I can't survive off of 23 dollars in struggling as we speak with no food I'm hungry and don't get paid until next week but wait I have a 405 dollar car payment along with a 244 dollar insurance payment and once again I will have no money for food but y'all get to eat every night right and y'all are quick to give people who cross the border a 400 dollar snap amout right.

Some help I got I guess the American people don't qualify if they're homeless right ..

Sincerely
Jason Davila

Have had several "TIME SENSITIVE" packets of paperwork pertaining to my Medicaid case for my pregnancy, attempting to validate employment when it's been stated I am currently unemployed, and it doesn't even list the correct company for my previous employer! Or ANY employer I've ever worked for, for that matter. In addition, I get a business week to chase down this employer, and have them fill out the paperwork to return it. When I try to log in online, my account security questions, which cannot possibly have any other answers, are screwed up. I call 211, the only way to get on without going to a location, am told on the site to press 2 after choosing a language, and spend the next ten minutes listening to literally every single option in every catagory, never finding the one to help me get into my account. I never get to anybody. My car is broken down, I am now one day past my deadline for this important issue, and I do not have reliable transportation. Thanks Texas, every SINGLE interaction with any state-run agency has been ultimate hell trying to get the simplest tasks done, for help I desperately need. Get it together.

The rude lady dressed in black in booth 7 on September 7th at 12pm has no business working here
She's constantly on her cell phone, and when dealing with someone with basic questions, she'll rudely cut you off and send you to the first window, when we were told to go to that window
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Go up
