My family and I have called them for help with mental issues, storm cleanup, and many other questions. They have always been happy to help and if they don't know an answer they always seem to find it. They call me back when they say they will also.. Above and beyond service throughout it all. Thank you so much 211! Side note- after the storms, we had tree limbs on the curb.. they came alongside Howe and removed all the branches... volunteers with no prior call for help. Wow!!!

A Different kind of "HEARING AID".
* If you have a problem & need help, the Best place to call is the "211 Helpline".
* They take the Time & Patience to LISTEN & do their very best to help you with your Problems.
* They do a Wonderful job for All. And it's FREE!
* Even the City suggests that you Call them! We had a big Storm a couple of weeks ago & the City said to Call 211 for help with the Clean up. The next day, a young Knight in Shining Armour showed up "Alone" & Cleaned up All the Downed Branches in my yard.
* They're the next best thing to Ghost Busters! Thx so much 211!!!

The Helpline Center was a Godsend when I needed help. I had just lost my father & felt like I was on an emotional rollercoaster. I attended the monthly support group & was welcomed right away. Then I took the weekly grief class & was able to work through my grief in a way I couldn't do alone. The staff was friendly & not pushy in what I needed to do to "survive" my loss. The call center at 211 was amazing because they answered my call no matter what time of day or night I called. The place was so helpful that I now volunteer on one of the committees that helps survivors of suicide
