Last year I became disabled and had no insurance. I have lung disease and became very ill. After a stay in the hospital the Helping Hands clinic was recommended. I went there for a few months before the Veterans Administration picked up my healthcare. The helping hands clinic saved my life. I was having major trouble breathing and my legs had swollen and burst open. The clinic provided valuable medicine and treatment and even arranged a home care nurse for a couple of months to help heal my legs. I’m absolutely enjoying life right now because of these fine , dedicated people!

I've been going to the clinic for several years. There have been many doctors who have donated their time to help meet the physical needs of their community. Currently, Martha, is there most of the time and is highly committed to helping all who she comes into contact with. Although they no longer give medication, they do perscribe what's needed and you can take your perscription to a pharmacy to get filled. They also have a T.O.P.S. weight loss class on Monday nights at the clinic.

This place has really helped me out they help alot of people out on a daily basis just when u want to give up there the hope at the end of the tunnel I had no insurance or job when I started going there my first visit was the same as getting to see a doctor with insurance u r actually somebody to them They are definitely Godsent !!
