Customer Service at Weslaco, Texas on 310 N. Westgate Dr. is terrible!! They do not respect nor do they follow HEB core values. The culture is negative. Most employees are disrespectful and rude. Mario De Leon has no humility, authenticity, and lacks professionalism. Just a horrible, horrible store to shop at. I believe management is the issue here.

Worst pharmacy ever. They give me the wrong medicine and refuse to let me return it. They say I signed the receipt so they gave me the correct medicine. Finally get a hold of someone and they are willing give me my medicine but I have to pay another copay. I can't make it today to return it so my other option is to wait til Sunday or 3 days for delivery. And they suggest I return wrong meds to police dept.

Going to H E B in Plamview Tx. That Boost mobile store always playing music so loud outside the store I am frustrated before I can shop. How sad. Then we all need to practice social distance I am lucky to even see 6 inches between people. How wrong. Sorry I'm going elsewhere. On less I have to go to H E B.

Need to update signs at the heb on ware rd due to product that you can purchase , it said 2 items per custoner so i bought 2 of what i needed and they said it u mic abd match it counts as the 2 items
