Luis is a professional, I spoke to him early Saturday, he responded and came to review the problem I was having. The HVAC motor did not work and was brought in for a while so as not to freeze and I returned early Monday to change it for a new one. I recommend it 100% service focused on satisfaction and problem resolution. It's the best service I've ever had and it's not expensive.

Luis did an exceptional job repairing and then replacing our HVAC unit. Yes he first repaired the unit. The problem was the "mother board" but instead of replacing it at a cost of $350 he actually repaired it with a simple, but not well known, technique. He then suggested inspecting the heat exchanger for cracks as part of the service call. The heat exchanger is not easily accessed for a visual inspection and cracks in a unit are rare. But when they occur carbon monoxide can be blown indoors with the heated air. And that's exactly what he found...two cracks. I saw them myself. That is when I asked Luis how fast he could replace the entire unit. Two days later, after submitting a very reasonable quote for the job, the new HVAC unit was installed. And most importantly, my wife and I ended months of illness. We were being poisoned. Amazingly within a few days in using the new unit; our episodes of headaches and dizziness were gone.

Luis came within hours of our initial call. He fixed what was not working. But then went on to find a hidden defect that eventually could have killed someone. Key learning points 1) get your heating/air units check every year no matter how new they are 2) Insure you have carbon monoxide detectors in your home it you use gas. And I will trust no one from now on except Luis. He is friendly, professional, prompt, reasonable priced, competent, and in our case a real life saver!
