One of the receptionists is quite rude. The Younger receptionist named Lindsay is very nice and sweet, she conducted my intake, and I felt safe to tell her what was going on and unjudged by her, but then when I finally met the actual therapist, Crystal, that feeling of unbiased safety quickly turned into red flags. I've learned enough in my time that an inexperienced, immature, and frankly unprofessional therapist can do more harm than good. Please be cautious with this center, to someone without the experience I have, it would be very easy to be coerced and almost bullied by this woman into involving her in your personal life. When I asked to talk to someone with more experience, as she said she had only been in the field for a few years, she didn't answer the question, but kept trying to convince me that I can trust her. ? I've been around the block enough times to know a red flag when I see it.

their response to my initial review is false. she did not offer to allow me to change counselors. Again guys, just be careful and vigilante. <3 No response was/is necessary. Especially when they are lies.

For our mountains community this agency has been amazing in assisting our families, including my own. They have provided one-time rental assistance in our time of need and we are extremely grateful to the agency and their staff. During the pandemic they also provided a food voucher as our job situation was unsteady. Thank you!

I would give less than 1 star if it were possible, the reason being is I live in highland ca and I was calling to get information from them and the lady that answered the phone was very disrespectful and rude. she answered the phone politely but as soon as she heard my voice she cut me off, asked where I was calling from and I responded highland ca and she said with a very aggressive tone that they don't service flatlanders! Now i was very shocked by this and also very offended by this statement. we are all humans and we should be defined by our color of skin, where I live or anything else. I would never call this place even if i lived in crestline. you couldn't pay me a million dollars to call that place
