My mother had the emts come out to her house and let me tell you what in my opinion these two were a joke, just pure pitiful. Tony(might be spelled wrong) and a white lady with medium to long black hair.

First the lady looked at my mother and said I can tell by looking at you that your vitals are just fine....boy aren't you magic if you can read vitals by looking at someone you should be at a much higher position with those talents.

The lady asked some of the same questions multiple times after getting a direct answer. To ask multiple times isn't going to change the answer your just wasting time. Move on to the next question or part of the exam.

They both REPEATEDLY DISCOURAGED her about going to the ER, by saying that both medical center and flowers were diverting all ambulances away. They could take her but she would have a minimum 12 hour wait. This was said roughly 7-8 times followed by we are not trying to discourage you from going yes you were....I called the medical center and spoke with an ER manager and guess what she said they were ONLY DIVERTING ambulance from transferring patients from other hospitals in to their center...she said if a patient wants to go they should take them not continuously attempt to stop the patient from going.

When you walk into someone's home and DON'T KNOW whats going on and don't know their medical history you don't make assumptions. These two looked at her and decided it wasn't worth their time. Just disgusting.

These are things that happened, these are my opinions based on what I observed. If your not happy with this fix the problem so you get better reviews. Also I do not care who's feelings get hurt they didn't care when they arrived at her house. I will not respond to anyone's replys.
