Terrible staff! Office people are racist! They love breaking any and all laws. Took over a year to replace broken window. Water heater was down and they wouldn't fix it probably because maintenance didn't know how. Lease states if it takes them to long I could fix it. Couldn't afford the thermo-pile so jumped the reset button. Was like that for a year. They came in saw it criminal trespassed me after illegally removing me from the lease. Then stated to my wife of came over with the police to gather my belongings she would be evicted. Don't move Herr whatever you do . They also house and employ felons which is against there own rules. Master keys are illegal as well but this place is above the law. Would give them an F but it's so bad it don't even merit a letter grade.

Nice apt some neighbors get into your business and talk trash. Hard to Avoid they are just nosey and one leaves her dog out all day barking.The head of management is in active in protecting Thier residents.There has been gang like activity. Red brick village has a developing gang. This gang is in the process of realizing how much harassment the can apply on the residents and not be touched

The most disrespectful staff you will ever come across. Have made several reports about maintenance staff and get a generic response and nothing change. Go into the office if the manager is there everything will be fine, catch her gone Linda is the most disrespectful hateful person I know.
