My mom had a fall and my plan to keep her at home was no longer possible. Everything changed so quickly and Jason and Megan helped with every step. I had so much going on between doctors and her rehab and was thankful that they researched places for her and were there to set up appointments and be there at the appointments. They were comforting and made the decision easier. They checked in on me and were a wonderful help.

We worked with Jason at Harmony Senior Referrals and had a positive (5 star!) experience finding the perfect home for our mom. Jason met with us to understand our goals and then set up a handful of tours with different levels of care (independent, assisted and memory care facilities). This helped us narrow down the option that was going to best suit my mom's needs. Jason worked behind the scenes with the senior communities to make sure our application and medical/financial paperwork was in place for a smooth transition.
Finding a well-rounded senior living community for my mom was a very, very emotional and stressful time for me and my sister but knowing we had a resource like Jason (and Harmony Senior Referrals) to help us navigate this stage provided a true sense of comfort.

My brother and I have been working with Britt to find him an apartment after he recovers from his shoulder replacement. She has been terrific allowing Bill to move through his feelings about his life change. She attended to his thoughts and feelings and we moved through the process well. It’s a bit scary, these changes however Britt helped us through these visits to different facilities. We could not have done this without her. She has tremendous resources and knows all the different places my brother could afford. This organization is the very best if you are looking for some help. We loved our process difficult as it has been for my brother. Made easier by Britt. She Needs more than five stars.

My sister and I had the pleasure of working with Harmony Senior Referrals specifically Megan, she was compassionate and concerned about what was the best for us and our dad!
I would 100% suggest using them for any of the needs that you might need in the field!
Megan not only found us a wonderful place but was also very much considerate to the needs that we were facing concerning the money issues around this most difficult time!
Megan is wonderful at returning calls not only when she said she would, also followup calls!

I worked with Laine Dipasquantonio in the fall to find a facility for my mother. Laine took the time to show me 5 different places. She helped me understand the nursing staff ratio as well as look at every little thing good and bad about the different places that we looked at. I highly recommend Laine to help you find the right place for your loved one. I feel like she really cared and went above and beyond of what I expected for sure. My mother continues to thrive, for going on 6 months and I wanted to make sure to give Laine at Harmony Senior Referrals the kudo's she deserves.

Harmony Senior Referrals were wonderful to work with when we needed emergency respite care for my father in law after a bad fall. Within hours of contacting them, Chantalla had contacted multiple facilities to determine openings and requirements. Her communication went well beyond our expectations - even during evenings and while she was sick! We were able to visit and have him moved in within days - not weeks. And Chantalla kept in touch throughout the process and beyond - always professionally and compassionately trying to find the right fit for him and follow up to assure that the placement was working for us. And all of this was with no charge to our family. An incredible service to families trying to help senior loved ones. Fantastic experience.

I worked with Tara at Harmony in finding an assisted living community for my brother. She was very personable and extremely supportive through the whole process. She definitely went above and beyond by even helping us get clothes, personal items and even furniture to move into his apartment. She and her husband then took all that and even set it all up in his apartment. She also helped me with some of the required paperwork. I felt clueless, but she guided me through it all. I highly recommend her.

am thankful for your going above & beyond, while you traveled. The consistency of your support has been very good (in the times that seemed mom was on board & than not).
I also found great help in your coordinating a visit to the of 1st place/opportunity for Ed.
You've also listened well to the needs & changes we've had to endure.
As things still seem uncertain due to Mom, we know we can count on your assistance when God makes the time & way His.
