This place is great. The staff is welcoming and the place is clean. My mom has made friends and learned new games. The coordinator Mrs. Thomas really cares. My mom after visiting a few places and meeting Mrs. Thomas said that if it was going to be any place. She wanted to go to Harmony. Mother knows best.

What a Blessing! I’ve had the pleasure of meeting with Lori, Nikia and Serita the team of Harmony at Enterprise. Such powerful group of caring woman, they offer a service that calmed my spirit for placing my spouse in their care.

The community at Enterprise was warm and welcoming. I am grateful for the 10/10 service I have received.

My mother is living here and I couldn't be more happier, with the tremendous improvements, that the executive director has made. she has done a wonderful job turning the building and the staff members around. They are always responsive to any questions or concerns that we may have. one of the main issues we had was the food choices. After we expressed our concerns about the food choices they have changed for the better. I am so happy to have my mother at this facility.

The sales and marketing team Nikia and Apple are amazing! They showed us two beautiful apartments for my grandparents and made us feel comfortable the entire time. The place smells good and the aesthetics are great.

My recent visit to Harmony at Enterprise Senior Living showcased a commendable approach to inclusivity, as residents of various ages and with diverse conditions coexist harmoniously.
The residents displayed sociable behavior amongst themselves, enjoying the freedom to navigate different areas throughout the building.
The staff members exhibited a friendly and respectful demeanor towards residents, engaged with them in hallways and demonstrated attentiveness to their individual needs and routines.
Noteworthy is the pleasant ambiance within the facility, evoking the comforting scent of home, devoid of any unpleasant odors.
During the tour of the facility, I was accompanied by the Executive Director, Sarita Scott, who conducted herself in a highly professional manner and graciously addressed all inquiries I had.

I lived in an independent living apartment at Harmony Enterprise in Bowie from September 15 , 2023 to December 15 2023.
The facility was new and lovely. The staff cordial and helpful.
However, the Food service was awful. To me it did not serve the nutritional needs of Senior Citizens . The food was bland, had no aroma, it did not present as a colorful plate, it was overcooked and did not include roughage( dark leafy greens etc.) to help with the digestive systems of people.
Something must be done about the food service. The residents pay too much money to receive such low quality food service.
Since I moved out my friends there have indicated that the food service has diminished to such a point that many are not coming to the dining room to eat. That is terrible especially for those in assisted living who do not cook for themselves. Please improve.

We attempted to tour the facility, and received the initial confirmation of request. However, no one ever confirmed the tour and when I called to inquire about the request on the day of the very kind receptionist attempted to get someone from the sales team on the phone and I repeatedly got their voicemails. This attempt to see if this place could be my mother’s new home has made me feel uncomfortable with moving forward with them. If we can’t get a simple response on a tour what else will they lack on?
