I found several items that were from this location. Couch was probably overpriced but my vintage dresser set was excellent. And my tv console was great too. I do agree that some items are overpriced. But with all these people buying vintage items just to resell at even higher prices, what do folks expect? You can't find hardly anything vintage anymore at regular thrift stores so what are we customers who just want vintage items for our own personal use, supposed to do? And the staff was all very helpful and nice to us. One particular employee was extremely attentive and kind and helpful on the floor and with loading up furniture to take home. But overall shopping here has been a great help to me since I am remodeling my place and replacing old broken down furniture with newer vintage stuff I cannot find elsewhere for decent prices. Even Facebook marketplace has vintage furniture for way too much because of these resellers. $550 on up for a vintage MCM tall boy dresser on Marketplace....
NO BUENO ?‍♀️
I will continue to shop here

Dealing with them stared badly but ended well. The problem was that I wanted to donate a new, unused, still in the box toilet. They said I’d have to bring it to the store and would then decide if they wanted it. Lugging a heavy toilet and facing the possibility of it being rejected was IMO, insane. I decided to take the gamble and brought it immediately. They looked at the box to make sure it was a low volume flush model (it was) and I was quickly able to donate it. They should have been able to tell me that they would have accepted the toilet if it met the flush requirements and wasn’t broken without me phoning and leaving messages (which were never answered) or having to find and talk with someone in their main offices.

Great fun shopping here, it feels so good to buy lightly used things that would have gone to landfill while still in excellent condition. Mostly volunteer run and very clean and efficient.

I recently discovered this spot 2 weeks ago.I was on the hunt for a dresser, but didn't want to fork up big bucks for a new one lol. They carry a pretty big inventory from furniture to appliances, and even paint!I have been here 3 times already, and everytime I see new stuff out.My mom bought a beautiful leather sofa for $100!I bought a lovely and chic lamp for $10, now I must go back for that nightstand. The staff is very nice and helpful. Will definitely be returning!

Frank has proven to be an invaluable asset to Habitat. His dedication to Habitat for Humanity and his ability to assist customers have left a lasting impression. Frank's remarkable patience and kindness shine through in his interactions, and he is undoubtedly one of the key reasons for my continued support. I have relied extensively on Habitat for Humanity products for my entire 500-square-foot ADU project, and Frank's contributions have played a significant role in this endeavor.

As mentioned by other reviewers, the prices of the items sold at this location are excessively high considering the quality and quantity of the products. It would be more cost-effective to purchase the same items new, since the prices here may even exceed the cost of buying them new. Based on this, I would not recommend this particular location due to the exorbitant prices they charge.

Extremely overpriced. You can find this stuff for a better deal just buying it from home depot or amazon/ebay. And at least there (at a retail store) you have a good return policy. I will never understand why these habitat stores charge so much. People come here for a deal, not to pay extremely close to, if not more than retail for most items. You act like what you have is so sought after so you must price it high. I saw some new kitchen faucets priced at $269. I would never consider them at that price, because for one, the same ones were $129 on amazon. EXACT model, barcode and all. Now had the restore priced them at $89 or less, I'd be more interested in purchasing. What these employees do is most likely look this stuff up on eBay, where anyone can ask what ever they want for an item (similar to amazon). I can list a pencil for $100,000. Does that mean that's what it's worth? No. Your employees need to be educated on checking SOLD ebay listings. See what it's actually selling for, then price it at half of that. If we want to pay ebay prices, we can just buy it on eBay. But none of what I'm saying right now matters. All they are going to do is write a generic response to try to act like "oh we are going to look into this" blah blah. No you aren't. You aren't going to do anything. So don't bother replying. This is just to spread awareness to future customers coming here.
Check out the photo I attached. This is just one example of their pricing. This box of filters is $39.95 on eBay, habitat is asking $70, yes $70 and it's missing a filter... This location is bonkers with their prices.
