I just visited the Huntsville, AL store on Pratt Ave. and the first person that greeted me was very friendly. I found a large item that I wanted to purchase at the price that was on the bottom bunk and I asked the lady at the front if that was the correct price. She got a black man to answer the question. The black guy said that it was $300.00 not the $105.00 that was on a sticker on the foam piece. I said that that was too much and made a comment that the sticker is causing people to think that it is $105.00 and it should be removed and the correct price posted. He pulled the sticker off and rudely said,”can you not read the small print at the top. It is for the foam mattress piece”. Then he kept being rude to me. I was verbally abused and when I talked to the manager, she said the he was never rude to people. So, if you like being talked to rudely and called stupid because you cannot read very small print, then that is the place to show. I deserve to be treated like a person not an animal. I will never go back to that store again. I would give this a negative 5 stars if it would let me.

I went to Habitat for Humanity to drop off some old windows. While the young lady at the front of the store was very nice when I asked for directions to drop my donation off, the guy unloaded my donation wasn't friendly at all. He made it seem like I was trying to drop off trash and he didn't even say goodbye or thank you or anything. Your employees need to work on their customer service attitude in the worst way.

Completely overpriced. Not sure what fantasy world whoever running it lives in, but they need to rein in their ego and prices. You don’t pay near or full retail for junk or new items with no guarantees. Avoid this H4H.

This is by far our most favorite reuse store in the Huntsville area. Everything is fairly well organized and prices reasonable. The friendly staff are always willing to offer assistance in locating options for what we were trying to find, as well as helping load the car when I buy something big.

Made an appointment to donate some nice wood furniture, they came to my home, refused to take any of my items because I have a cat and immediately walked out. They did not spend even 30 seconds in my home and didn't look at the items at all. No one told me on the phone any of the times I called that they cannot accept donations from homes with pets. Had to leave my donation items out in front of the dumpster as it is the last day of my lease. It was clean wooden furniture and could have gone to someone in need. A real waste. If I had been informed about the no pets rule when I called to make the appointment, I would have had the time to make other arrangements for my items.

Every door they sold me was less than 80". Leaving a good 2 inches at the bottom. They do not do returns or exchanges. Go to Sanford & Sister instead. This place is ghetto

Harassing emails. Stop them. Correct my name on your out going email; how many time do I have to ask the same thing. Now these irritating emails are coming via a automated system. Don’t contact me and I will not contact you. Stop. I don’t want to help anymore.

They're not nice. Ever. Twice I've mistakenly ventured into unmarked areas that were apparently off limits to patrons and both times I was scolded. They need to demarcate intelligibly and they desperately need manners.
