The team onsite is amazing. Brac deserves major praise for his ability to take a variety of experience and ability and still make everyone FEEL valued and enjoy their time. Both Mark and Brac are excellent with safety, instruction, and leadership. 10 stars for them!
The office is not so great. There is a lot of misunderstanding here about what goes on on-site. I feel as though there is a lot of praise for the office people, but very little authentic praise for the build crew.
