A COMPANY RAN POORLY AND LAYS PEOPLE OFF RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS. (2 DAYS BEFORE LEAVING INDIANA) 13 HOUR DRIVE ONE WAY FOR SOME OF THOSE MEN. NOT ONLY A COMPANY THAT BROUGHT 25 MORE OTHER MEN IN AND DRUG TESTED THE ONES THAT WERE THERE TRYING TO CATCH THEM DIRTY BUT UNFORTUNATELY THAT DID NOT WORK SO YOU LAY THEM OFF 2 DAYS BEFORE THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO LEAVE TO GO HOME. POORLY RAN COMPANY I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF I HAD TO CHOOSE.

Safety is number one priority. Will not force you to do anything you feel unsafe doing. Great group of leaders. Seen a review about them trying to make you lose your cdl. You the cdl holder are responsible for your loads. No company can try and make you lose your cdl.

Management is very poorly ran. Very inexperienced there is absolutely no chain of command when dealing with anyone in the company itself. They disregard safety rules and regulations and exceed weight limits when hauling equipment on roadways where bridges are involved. I feel that they need to focus on safety as the amount of on the job injuries is too many due to lack of communication and poor judgment calls people get injured when they could have been prevented they like to bend the rules. I’d give zero stars if it was an option but it’s not (obviously) I read a review that they treat you like family if you like your family to cuss at you and degrade you like the foreman does then this is the family for you! If you like a family that that hires their son and family to work beneath them and let them sit around all day and show favoritism then again this is the company for you if you like a family that wants you to put your cdl at risk and break the laws here you go. They talk about integrity when they have none.

Got told to “Go home for thanksgiving” and was never called to go back to work and can’t get in contact with Mark Bumgarner to ask as to why I haven’t received my pay for my vacation hours yet. Also got screwed out of hours. Michael Mead doesn’t know what he’s doing. There’s my review.

Their employees seem to have no idea what they're doing and we have had nothing but issues with any work they've done for us, if there is literally anyone else that will do the same job I recommend going with the alternative.
