The maintenance guy David is awesome, he is always quick to respond to any requests I send. Sandra (the office manager) is also great and has been so kind to me since I moved in over a year ago. I like living here and overall have not had any issues with my apartment.

I came and got information last March and was helped by a gentleman by the name of Christian I believe. He was very informative, kind, personable, and showed genuine care for what i needed in my situation!
I ended up choosing another place to live due to no available soon but If you want great customer service and a detailed tour of amenities, the leasing agent for Gristmill at Tuscany Park will for sure give you that.

Outstanding maintenance staff!! 10/10 service!! My grandmother has been with Gristmill for years and it's nice to know David has been attentive to her concerns with her unit and immediately taking care of it. Thank you, David! Christian with the leasing office was poise and answered any worries I might've had and wen't the extra mile to let me know if I had any future concerns to contact him.

Experience here has been going on 8 years. I would like to say more security cameras should be installed. The Maintenance man is very good at getting things done around the complex. Now we need the ceilings breezeway redone it’s peeling.

My aunt has lived there for years and she’s had great experiences but David really takes it to the next level. He really listened to her concerns and made sure she was happy in her unit. Definitely recommend this place for the service. Thanks David!

Went to visit a friend and the place is looking cleaner. Looks power washed and the freshly painted rails make the place look better . I remember the old maintenance guys never kept up with it , but ever since David , the new maintenance guy , started working here the place looks great .

David did an excellent job replacing our thermostat we were having trouble with it for over a week. really happy he fixed pur problem and replaced our thermostat in room 208 at Gristmill
