Great customer service in person, but calls are almost never answered and when they do you’re on hold for the longest time! Waiting time is sometimes over 2 hours with appointment plus the time you’re inside donating; you end up being there for over 3 hours or even more.

The workers are great. But dayum....these people be taking money away from using the card and pulling out money. And now they are reducing the pay rate. Very disappointing.

I think the amount we get when we donate should be increased, especially since we be having to wait quite a bit even with appointment. But other then that all the employees are really Kool people always helping out, very professional, very attentive to ones needs when needed and amongst themselves (co-workers).
